The 11th International Symposium on Functional ?-electron systems (F?-11), June 2-7, 2013
Fπ-11 will follow the success of previous Fπ conferences organized in Japan (Osaka in 1989, 1999, and 2006 and Kobe in 1992), USA (Santa Cruz in 1995, Ithaca in 2004, Atlanta in 2009), Europe (Ulm, Germany, in 2002 and Graz, Austria, in 2008), and China (Beijing, in 2011). It was initially started as the "International Symposium on Functional Dyes" in Osaka. In order to broaden the scope of the conference and to adjust to developments in academic and industrial research, the name was changed to the "International Symposium on Functional π-Electron Systems" in 2002.
FPI-11 is expected to attract about 500 participants from all over the world to discuss their new achievements in the research fields of design and synthesis of new pi-conjugated molecules and polymers, organic and polymeric semiconducting materials and devices, organic and polymeric photovoltaic and photo-detective materials and devices, organic light-emitting materials for display and lighting application, carbon electronic materials including graphene and carbon nanotubes, conjugated polymers and oligomers in chemo/bio-sensors.
8 plenary speakers and 40 invited speakers will present their latest research. Around 150 contributing lectures and 4 poster sessions will enable the participants to talk about their work.

International Conference on One dimensional Nanomaterials
GDR-I “Graphene-Nanotubes†conference, GNT2013 (8-12 April 2013)
Registration is now open for the annual GDR-I “Graphene-Nanotubes” conference, GNT2013 (8-12 April 2013). Full conference details are available on the website:
http://www.cnrs-imn.fr/GNT2013
The meeting will cover all aspects of the physics, chemistry and engineering of carbon nanotubes and graphene, and includes extended tutorials on nanocarbon spectroscopy, treatment of layered materials, and nanocarbons in biology and biomedicine.
The site has changed and will now be on the beautiful Brittany coast near to Lorient, less than 4 hours TGV from Paris with regular flights to Paris and Lyon. Registration covers all accommodation and meals, the conference banquet and Wednesday afternoon social trip.
Following the exciting announcement of the Graphene Flagship, Annick Loiseau will present information on the project and its potential impact. GNT2013 is the opportunity to gather the French nanotube and graphene community and partners to meet, discuss, and establish our strategy going forward. Nanotube science will also be strongly represented!
Please visit the website for more details, pre-registration and abstract submission.
Deadline for abstract submission is March 1st.
Looking forward to seeing you in Guidel-Plages!

[Réduire]4th European PEFC & H2 Forum
The 4th EUROPEAN PEFC & H2 FORUM will be a highlight of the year for those involved with low temperature fuel cells and hydrogen. The Focus lies on low temperature fuel cells including proton exchange membrane, direct fuel cells, alkaline and alkaline anion exchange membrane fuel cells, and high temperature PEFC, as well as sustainable hydrogen production, storage and infrastructure.
The venue is once again the attractive "Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Luzern" - KKL on the waterfront of the charming Lake Lucerne in the heart of Switzerland.
[Réduire]9th International Conference on Organic Electronics ICOE 2013
Organic/Plastic electronics is a fast moving area where smart IT applications are resourced with the latest advances made in materials (i.e. organic (semi)conductor), processes & integration (e.g. printing & organic circuitry), and (opto)electronic devices (e.g. OLED, Laser, Solar Cell, OFET, Sensor.
The International Conference on Organic Electronics (ICOE) is an internationally recognized conference where all aspects of this trans-disciplinary domain (Chemistry, Physics, Nano-Science/Technology) are discussed. It was held from 2005 to 2008 in Eindhoven (The Netherlands). In 2009, ICOE moved to Liverpool (UK), then to Paris (France) in 2010, to Rome (Italy) in 2011, and finally to Tarragona (Spain) in 2012.
The 9th edition of ICOE will be held in Grenoble (France) during the week 25 of 2013 (June 18-20, 2013) in the premise of the MINATEC campus.
