Annual workshop

OMNT's annual workshop confirms years after years its position as an important annual meeting for the micro and nano technology community.
During this day, the experts of the Observatory the main outcomes of their work and present their vision of the scientific and technical evolutions in their field. They also analyze the economic environment of these fields (actors, start ups, new products and market perspectives).
This workshop, accessible to everyone, gathers more than 300 attendees, the majority being researchers but also industrialists and representatives from capital risks companies and from public authorities.

Specialised workshops

Each year, the OMNT organized several one day workshops. Unlike the annual workshop aiming at giving the global picture of the whole domain, the specialised workshops are focussed on specific topics. During this event, scientific and economic experts make the state of the art of topic which has been chosen thanks to its strong scientific, technical or industrial impact, in the medium and long term.

Workshops' CD-ROM

After each workshop, a CDrom is released. It systematically contains the speakers' presentations. Sometimes it can consist in a multi-media CD including the slideshow synchronized with the audio recordings of the speakers' presentations, their pdf presentation and the list of participants.
